What kind of markings are you looking for? I opened the package, and there is a little tag with the letters RMN. It stands for the brand Roman.

It's definately real metal. But, it isn't gold or silver. It looks silver, but no markings. So I would say it's just very nice costume jewelry. I hope this helps:)
