is this womens or juniors size?

My mannequins measurements are 34 bust 24 waist. The dress is a little large on it, so I would say it is a juniors size. Came from a boutique which didnt state juniors or reg. Hope this helps.

The hips on the mannequin are 32.

The skirt just barely stays up over the hips. You could wear the skirt where ever you choose.

The top of the dress is adjustable, because of the ties.
