I adapted this recipe from a lady I used to go to church with. Everytime the church had dinners she would bring an amazing casserole which I loved ... but a lot of people sort of let it go by the wayside because it looked so dry.

I asked her for the recipe and made some tweaks that took it just over the top and out of this world! I showed her my changes secretly & now EVERYONE scarfs down her dish so fast ... she makes two ... by request!!!
