Small too if you wear larger shirts even though you are a small. No snags , stains, rips or tears. Perfect condition and lovely t0 wear with a skirt or a pair of jeans. I should have written that I use flat rate not exact but its exact to me lol. I will change that when I can . I use flat rate boxes with tracking numbers and it is 5.35.

You know.. I am going to give them a call. I normally have someone run items to the post office for me because I am pretty much housebound but they told us it was the cheapest way. Maybe envelopes were not mentioned. I will check into it and which ever is cheapest .....thats the way we'll do it. Thank you for the info .

Sure, just measured and its 16 inches from armpit to armpit but it stretches out to 17 or more easily.
