The listing, Old Manly Man's Ring has ended.

This is different. Looks like an old monogram ring, that someone welded a bullet top to and a plastic bead for decoration. I would personally take the bead off and put in a birthstone or nice CZ. It's just glued, so quite possible. Super Speed Win 30-30 bullet top. Size about a 9? Looks like brass. No marks. It is old, I would guess about 1920'sw for the original monogram ring.
