The listing, LG Straight Talk & TracFone Cell Phone has ended.

This slider phone was only used for 1 month. There are some minor surfface scratches, but nothing that interferes with the screen. Battery and Charger both work perfectly and are included. 1.3 mp camera. Bought to use on Straight Talk network, but will work on TracFone as well.

unless something has changed, you can't activate a straight talk phone on tracfone's network (tried it).

Hmm.. Well, I can say this much about it, we bought it though straight talk. When you start it up, it says "A Service of TracFone Wireless, Inc." But you may be right on this. For reference, its an LG620G. Maybe if you have the sim card for a TracPhone, it will work in this phone. (This one does have a Straight Talk sim card under the battery)

Interesting... that it would say of service of Tracfone - but I do know they are all connected in a business sense (Tracfone, Straight Talk and Net10). Maybe someone else can chime in on this that knows for sure.

Yeah, they are connected, I think they are branches of Verizon. I know when I don't renew my service ontime and my phone is temporily out, when someone calls my phone, it says "..the verizon customer you are calling..."

I have the basic flip phone through straight talk my son got me last September. He also got another stepup from mine from a friend but I was unable to activate it because the guy had a password on it and never took it off. So would I be able to switch my service right over to this one or will the company give me the same problem???? I am interested in getting a newer phone!!!

There is no password on the phone. If by chance there is one set up through StraightTalk, I can get it to you, or you can have them send you a new sim card, which they have never charged us for in the past.

Trying to help yes these phones are thru tracfone but they cannot be used with tracfone service, i do kno that they have some sim cards that work in any type of phone you just have to go thru the company websight and read more about it...hope this helps

Have you been able to transfer photos to your computer? My father in law has a tracphone with camera but there is no driver to transfer his photos. Could you take a pic and see if you can upload it to your computer? Thanks

Well if you can always send it to an email address the same way you would to send it to another phone. . There's also a slot for a micro sd card. I don't have a charger or the cord to connect it to the computer, but if you find one that fits it, it will work.

When I ad time to my phone it always ask if I want Straight Talk, Net Ten or Trac, so you can go with any of the three. They are all the same except Straight Talk is cheapest and works great.
