Handmade bear print tote bag measures 17" wide x 18" tall. Made of 100% cotton material, lined with co-ordinating material on the inside, and has a button and tab closure. Machine washable, dryable; may need touch up with iron when washed. Durable and roomy for carrying books, clothing, beach items, groceries or whatever you want to carry in it. New never used and comes from a smoke free home.

Since I pay to ship actual, tangible items to all my winners, and never request their personal email addresses, users who are unverified, as well as users listing 'email only' auctions and those who never offer free and/or charge excessive shipping are now blocked from participating in any of my future auctions.

What are you talking about? I am verified, have no idea what an e-mail only auction is, no where do I mention wanting anyones personal e-mail info, I do offer free shipping at times but I am not in a position financially to always offer free shipping. Also, the shipping I have listed for this auction is the ACTUAL amount to ship this item-I am using a small flat rate box to ship which costs $5.35 to ship anywhere in the US. By not allowing people to participate in YOUR auctions who cannot always afford to ship things for free, you are limiting your customer base and also being very unfair to those of us who are not able to always ship for free because our finances do not allow us to do that.
