No brand is marked and yes it is a little scratched up I like the bracelet on it can't remember though where I bought it!!

The fogged look, i assume, is the scraches, but could you please add a picture of the back of the watch so I can see the markings or lack there-of? Thank you!!

Added a picture of the back and yes it is a little scratched up on front but you can still read the numbers ok!
