Lol (: I know, and really I don't know. It looks like a dress to me but it could double as a shirt. It was given to me by a friend with no pants Lolol, so they either lost them or they never had them! And don't tell my little girl that lol!! Haha, yes definitely!! I'm not sure why this outfit has no pants. So many baby clothes were given to me, I bet there were some at some point lol.
