The disc is in great shape. This is one of my favorite dramas and I'd never heard of it until the day I bought it used from Blockbuster! It ranks 7.7 out of 10 stars on imdb, based on more than 25,000 votes.

Richard Jenkins (from Six Feet Under and many others) stars as Walter, a disaffected college professor who has been drifting aimlessly through life. On a chance encounter on a trip to New York, Walter discovers a couple has taken up residence in his apartment and he develops an unexpected connection to them that changes his life forever.

If you like movies like Sideways and The Station Agent, this might be right up your alley. It was an official selection of the Toronto International Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, Miami International Film Festival, and South by Southwest Film Festival.
