Authentic, Vintage, Retired, Dooney & Bourke referred to as "Doctor Satchel Handbag", black pebble and British Tan. "This is hand fitted which is the term that Dooney & Bourke uses to describe the hand blocked and stitched heavy leather base characteristic of this style of bag."

This satchel measures approximately 11 inches across and approximately 6 1/2 inches in height. It has removable carry handles and removable shoulder strap which measures approximately 44 inches long. Photos show the two attached inside pockets, brass top locking hardware closure,

***Note: The key to this lock is missing actually the key broke without me knowing and is long gone so no key to lock the closure but it is fully functioning without any issues other than the missing key.*** The photos reflect current condition, the natural petina of the leather and brass hardware.

I purchased this satchel in 1995, I used it for about a year and it has been stored ever since. Purchased from Dillards an authorized vendor. As you can see the Dooney tag is not cut, marked out, etc...this was not a factory close out. If you collect Coach, Dooney, etc...this a great handbag to add to your collection.

Please note ***This handbag is HEAVY*** and ***LARGE***I took a photo to try to show how LARGE this handbag is its one of the largest handbags produced by Dooney. Its very solid in structure, holds a ton of stuff designed as a Doctor would carry.
