We bought 2 of these for my father, because his eyes are not to good with those smaller boxes and letters. He like this on better, and its easy to use.

All you have to do is slide down each down over the days and load the container. If you only have to take your medication in the morning, then the bottom hours of the day does not need to be opened. Just slide down to the first slot.

Also the blue part can be opened and you can add a paper with your medications in it. So when you visit the doctor he has your medicines along with them on the back of the box.
