Yes it does. My son used to play it all the time, but he has an Xbox now so the Wii games just sit in the game case unplayed. It does have some very minor scratches, but they do not affect the gameplay.

I don't have it's original case, so it will be put into a different plastic case and then shipped in a bubble wrap padded envelope. I used to sell things on ebay and never had a problem with games/movies being shipped that way.

Is the second photo you added a stock image?

The second photo I took sitting on my green day planner/calendar thing. I used my paint program to put the name of the game on each photo as I took it, so that I could make sure I didn't post the back of the disc for the wrong games since I have some other games listed. :)
