A fan is like a friend on Listia, you click on the persons name where it shows in blue and then on thier home page click on become a fan, then you can always see what they have on thier auctions by going to your fan page , lol did i confuse you even more, Welcome to Listia , very nice purse. you will also see F&W on auctions which means fanned and watching and also F&B which means fanned and bidding. sooo I am F&B :)

I looked on the rules which is at the very bottom of your home page and this is what it says >Credits Awarded to Seller when:1.Winner does not contact or respond to seller in a reasonable amount of time
2.Winner refuses to pay stated shipping charges
3.Winner backs out or does not want the item anymore
4.Winner claims a package is missing, but the seller has a valid tracking number

Yes I guess so, of course they may file a dispute against you but then the mod will decide on the credits but since they backed out looks like to me the credits are yours, then of course they might leave you bad feedback, lol its kind of a dang if you do and dang if you don't :) I love Listia , I alwayss find things i want .
