The listing, Ladies Watch ~ WIZARD OF OZ ~ 70th Anniversary ~ in Keepsake Tin has ended.

I almost hate to give this up .... but I've never worn it! I purchased it at an estate sale a couple years ago and have kept it in the tin ever since. I'm just not a watch-wearing person, and actually plan to list several more as soon as I get batteries for them.

The battery in this one is still good, and the watch itself is in excellent used condition! I will wrap it in tissue inside the tin for shipping so it doesn't clatter around, and reaches you in the same fine condition. The strap is stitched leather, the movement is Japanese, and the back is stainless steel. The back also reads "T M & Turner Entertainment Co, Judy Garland as Dorothy from The Wizard of Oz (s09), WOZ200B"

I have this. it comes in the large boxed up 70th anniversary wizard of oz box set. that set rules. it has a hardcover full color thick book, a replica thick booklet in color as to what they passed out before the movie was released as a form of advertising..marketing tool..
it comes with several discs, as well as a sing-a-long one. the watch, yes in the tin, i wore mine, for it isnt going to be worth diddly. believe me..im a w.o.o. die hard fan. its yes a collectible for sure,but wear it to the winner..it will not be worth anything. look at the value of the entire box set now. when my ex purchased it, well it was i believe a lil under thirty dollars, or thirty some for everything.
there is so much to this box set,and that tin that the watch rests inside of itself is so cool. i stored a pair of reading glasses in it for a bit, but then retired the watch, and now dont wear much, but every so often
i have several exp watches,and well..id rather ruin those than this one

great auction,and im irritated, for hello kitty gets so much play,and this movie..a classic gets squat

I found one box set on Amazon that includes the watch but not the tin, and it sells for $60 with only 5 left in stock. The watch also is not brand new, so I don't think most people would be buying it as an "investment".
