It is USED and there are scuffs and scratches on the device, but it is a great little machine. I hate to part with it, but I haven't used it ever since I got my iPhone. I just use my phone to play music in the car instead and it is more convenient. It is an mp4 player, so it does play videos though I don't see why you would want to watch a video on such a small screen. I do not have the time or patience to erase the memory, plus you might enjoy my very diverse collection. You do not need any software for this device. It installs the drivers automatically when plugged in. I am not including the charger unless GIN is used. I probably have one lying around but it is such a common type that you probably have a charger for it. I hope it finds a good home, but it just did not have enough memory to hold my playlist.

I can only do free shipping if GIN is used. I apologize but I have spent so much money on shipping in the past few months that I need to take a break from shipping at my own expense.
