Australian Silver Koalas are one of the most popular coins in Australia's bullion series. Australia Silver Koalas were introduced in 2007 and feature a different design each year. Struck in .9999 fine silver, the Silver Koala is a popular choice for investors and collectors alike.

Coin Design
The 2020 design features a koala holding onto a tree branch. Inscriptions atop the artwork include AUSTRALIAN KOALA, 2020, 1 OZ and 9999 SILVER. The Perth Mint's mint mark, "P", is to one side of the design. The obverse design features the new Jody Clark effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and inscriptions that include the face value of the coin, ELIZABETH II and AUSTRALIA.

Authentication Feature
The coin's reverse includes a security feature in the form of a micro-laser engraved letter within the design. It is only detectable under a magnifying glass.
