The listing, 14k Post Garnet Earrings~Matching Brooch has ended.

14k post garnet earrings, only the post are solid 14k the rest is gold fill as well as the matching brooch is gold fill. Lovely set still in box.
I will try and post as many (mailed listings) as I can before Oct 2nd, before moving, once that gets here will not be able to list for awhile until settled in new house. But I will keep my profile going with ordered listings until settled :)

I love love garnets and opal. Garnets were used in burial jewelry and carved signet rings to proclaim royalty during the Bronze Age (300 BC). Garnets were one of the most popular gemstones of the Vikings and Anglo-Saxons they believed the blood-red stone improved their fighting. In the Victorian early years it was used for the wedding ring, more over then diamond. Now in metaphysical its considered the stone of commitment, helps arthritis, male reproductive system, female hormone balance, supports libido and fertility, metabolism, inflammation, depression, nightmares, lending strength during trauma & crisis and ADHD. That is a lot... :) Love garnet that is my brothers birthstone also. I have found January is great for business, self improvement, disciplined and very organized :) Thanks so much for stopping by, I have always loved all your auctions.
