In the summer of 1945 a man Jesse Adkins mailed home a nazi flag . The summer of 1945 with WWII in a distant Echo . The nazi flag that Jesse Adkins mailed home was signed by the soldiers in his tank outfit. The flag that Adkins mailed home the summer of 1945 never made it home. It got lost for almost 50 years. An antique owner north of Danville had purchased the flag from an Antique dealer in Huntington, W.VA . The Dealer from Danville, Va looked up Adkins number and called him. Adkins stated he was kind of shook when he first saw the nazi flag. He said he thought he'd never see the flag again. Adkins also stated it was no telling where the flag had been. The flag did have a colorful history. The flag had originally been purchased in Washington Courthouse , Ohio. at a flea market. The guy who traded the flag remembers buying it at an auction ein 1992 conducted by Kanawha Coin Shop in Charleston. This flag is red, black & white with a huge Swastika in the center. There are 20 signatures on the flag of soldiers in that tank outfit. This is a very old flag.
