This is old stock from when I sold Avon. Which was about 3 yrs ago. It is new BUT my customer ordered this and she tried it on!! BUT she didn't like the color. So It's Sorta Used too. She only swiped it across the top of her eye and just didn't like it. So no returns for this reason it is an "as is" action. It's a full stick minus the swipe. Bid if you don't mind that.
