This cute Precious Moments?? hinged box was introduced in 1978 and retired in 1981. It was released again in 1998 to just collectors. It is porcelain and features a little girl giving away puppies. It is titled "God Loveth a Cheerful Giver".

It is what I charge, My necklaces are heavy to ship and any that are Hera or Anthropology run 40-120$ I am just liquidating on this site some excess items.
