and Jack Lemmon (Blue cat on the right) as Jerry (Gerald)/"Daphne", a double bass player
2) Marilyn Monroe (Blonde pussycat) as Sugar "Kane" Kowalczyk, a ukulele player and singer

On the reverse side there is a place for registration of the shipment, sticking a stamp and a couple of lines from the sender.
