marmar81 the hips are 16 1/2" across and the hips are 20". I hope I did that right. They are also the stretchy kind of material. They are 8% Spandex

They are womens and they are casual knit. The length from the waist to bottom is 38" Long. They are size 11/12. Thnaks bunches toots ^_^
