This little top is very sexy! It is semi-sheer and has embroidery and netting to add character. The "skirt" is very soft and flowing. Looks great over a swim suit or jeans and shorts. Buttons to waist-line and is open below the waist. It has been worn a few times but there are no stains, rips, etc. It is 65% Rayon & 35% Cotton.
