Natural Pave diamonds, diamonds have been tested as well, size 7...it is a large ring as chunky see last pic on my hand. It is 26mm at the top of the heart and 3 mm at the bottom. The back has a gorgeous filigree behind the puffed heart and on the sided. It weighs 8 grams and is not magnetic. The diamonds sparkle, very pretty will start out at 1 point.
