If you "fan" someone it means clicked the "fan" button by their screen name (you can see mine at the top of the auction). Fanning someone enables you to easily keep track of their auctions in the future. It is also nice to "fan someone back" especially if they noted they fanned you in the comments section. I see you already totally got the fan thing down. Fanning back. =) With regards to credits... if the auction isn't over yet, I'd just keep your eyes peeled and comment the auction saying you didn't realize it was only local pickup. Someone else may end up bidding and you may not have to worry about it. If you already won the auction, you may want to message the person who listed it, most people are willing to work things out. If it were me, I'd issue a credit refund to someone who is so new & relist the item but that is certainly just my opinion. Hope that helps!
