You are looking at a Pineapple Slicer that I purchased at another favorite store, Cost Plus World Market. Instructions are on the back of the card. Very cool item -- the pineapple comes out in a spiral.

I have a great recipe for Chicken with fresh pineapple served in half a pineapple shell. Was a pain before to cut out the inside of a pineapple to make this dish.

I have so darn many kitchen gadgets that I don't use I don't know why I bought this one. I don't buy fresh pineapple often so it doesn't make sense to keep it. It does what it's suppose to do.
