This is a Handmade Large Farmhouse Tote Basket from Rag Material "Makes a Great Gift". It measures approx. 9 inches tall and 10 1/2 to 11 inches across. Color is Green, Blue and Soft Orange. Two side handles for carrying. It is made of 50 % cotton and 50 % Polyester material so it can be machine washed. I would lay it out to dry and shape it as it is drying. The loose strings showing is where the material was hand cut with scissors and it will wear away and wash away with time.
