This is a lined top, the 2nd, 3rd & 5th photos show the crocheted design of the top (the 2nd photo not too clear but quite similar to the next row of photos.

The top is stretchy, & is 36" across at the bust, unstretched. 12" from the neckline to the scalloped bottom.

The vest is 31" from the top of the shoulder to the scalloped bottom.

You really would have 4 pieces here, because the top looks good front & back, the vest with other pieces or the top alone.
