Brand new,never opened\used bottle of Julep nail polish. The color is Niecey and the picture is true to color, so what you see,is exactly what you're getting. :)

Well I have received stuff from Julip and normally these have plastic seal around it, this doesnt look to have that. ?? But you say it hasnt been used? :) Just wondering.

Niecy is an older Julep color. Julep didn't actually start putting plastic seals on their polishes until the July 2012 collection came out so anything that was purchased before that probably wouldn't have one. Hope that helps. :)
