Does it work? It is run off of a battery. The battery could be dead if not but a good way to find out is to turn it on and look through it. It should have cross hairs appear.

yes it works . what i've read it does not take batteries it does something with refragimenting light but yes scope works

The base is a Weaver type base. This type uses a clamp with a screw that tightens on a rail or a base you add to your gun. ****** dose not come with the base part *****
