This is a wonderful "old" cookbook.
From the 1950's. Compiled by The Blue Book Epicures of the Country Club Methodist Church in Kansas City, MO.

It's a soft cover gook with a plastic spiral binding. The edges are worn.

Over 150 pages.
** please note that this book does have pages that have been written on" ** However, it's actually kind of fun reading these little exerts from the original owner of the book as they give a history of the people who's recipe is in the book... such as " a wonderful cook, This must be good".
A wonderful treasure to have.
