Description

The listing, Double Flowering Devil's Trumpet has ended.

This is my collection of double flowering trumpets. Finding them was a real pain, and I believe there are only 4 other varieties in existence that I do not have, excluding variations of the same. They can be planted outside from spring through fall. The seeds will lie dormant in winter and germinate after frost has passed. Winner receives AT LEAST 25 of each variety pictured above. These are back for those who bid so aggressively last time.

Do these flowers hang face down, often come in white, is it possible to get a cutting instead of the purple?

I have never taken a cutting, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work. The heavy blooms sometimes hang face down when there are multiples on the same stem. But they mostly look you right in the eye.

Are these a vine or a tree, they look like datura. I have a large white one that grows two to three stories in height and any woody growth cut from the plant continues to grow. So are cutting possible and are we talking about the same plants?

Yes some of them are datura, but some are brugmansia. Cuttings from either should work, though I've never tried it.......... so I can't promise.

I also prefer starts rather than seeds.
