silver ball ring with small diamonds incrested on the side.

comes with 19 small balls to change out of ring.

ring is slightly tarnished, but can be polished up and look like new.

yes, it's sterling. (it is quite old, so it's goin to need a good cleaning, it's slightly tarnished but otherwise great condition), and yes, the balls just pop into place and stay. you push them up into the prong. it used to be my favorite ring. but i cant wear it anymore, my fingers have fattened up over the years lol...
