The listing, Day and Night Baby Bottle Warmer has ended.

Slightly used, easy to clean, very useful. Stores Two Bottles for up to 8 hours. It has a storage area where you put an icejug (included) and then enough space to put two bottles. It is attached to the warmer but can be removed to use as a nifty baby bottle cooler for road trips or outings.

No im sorry I don't. I am a thrower awayer. lol. I don't keep papers after I have read them and know how to use the item. You just plug it in, add water, and then put the bottle in and press the button on the front. It doesn't make any loud noise when it is done but it does click so you have to keep an eye on it. It has two little water viles on the side. for a 4 ounce bottle, half a vile of water usually does the trick. so you can guess that if half for 4 works then a whole for 8 works. Also, it has a little basket you can lower into the chamber and warm baby food. I have a single bottle warmer that does make noise that I will be putting up for auction soon.

No it has never melted a bottle. It has a basket that the bottle sits in to keep it from touching the burner....
