This book is not in mint condition by any means, but the pages are all there and intact. The covers have obvious wear. The inside pages have some yellowing from age and some water marks on the edges of some pages. Again the actual sheets are still perfectly readable and all that. Nice collectible, especially if you play the piano or guitar. There are 50 songs. I have taken pictures so you can see the names of the songs. Shipping is $3.00 FIRM. I will ship MEDIA MAIL - which takes a little longer than regular mail.
