Ok, first of all this is NEW, never used it was bought as a gag gift. 2nd, it does not vibrate and weather or not you choose to use it for oral is up to the buyer. Please don't leave negative vulgar remarks here. This is a fun place for me and a lot of others. If you aren't interested then just don't bid. I've always been told if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all!!
