The listing, Bisque Baby Doll in Antique Leather Case - Great Condition has ended.

Bisque Baby Doll in Antique Leather Case - Great Condition

The doll is 6" long in a 7 x 4.5 oval leather case. The case looks like it is from the 1940's and not sure on the doll. The only give-away to it's age is that the dress has a velcro closure on the back. I know nothing more about the doll.

The case looks like leather with a leather hinge. It is lined with a satin material.

So, bisque? Is that german porcelain? This may not be the original dress for sure? Is there any damage to the case? Does it lock? Is there a clue as to who or what company made this? Thanks, F/W!

An antique store owner told me bisque, I think it is a type of porcelain.

Have no idea.

The hinge works and the "lock" is a snap. Other than that is is over 60 years old.
