Yes I used to use these-but I have switched to the SteamFresh veggies to save time.feeding my zoo (saves me from having to wash and scrub veggies first plus I belong to coupon exchange program so for now get those pretty reasonable) I also have a food steamer that i use every now and then. These are extra bags I have from when I did use them. Steamed veggies are the best! I have 4 more packs to list as well and already gave away 2 on here!
