This is a common mistake among Iphone users but if you look more closely at the two cases the one for the Iphone 4s has a larger opening on the back of the phone at the top left where the camera opening is located.

If you think it might work it should because I have attached pictures from my iphone with both the front and back of the case. You can see for yourself from the pictures if it is the same as the Otter box you are currently using on your iphone 4s. Thanks
