This skirt is made by Maggie Barnes. The material is 65% polyester, 35% rayon..woven material, not stretch. It has a full elastic waist. Very nice quality. The tag says size 5X. Perfect summer weight skirt. This skirt is a bit longer in the back so that when you are wearing it--it will hang evenly. This skirt is brand new with tags. This is a $48 skirt before tax.
