My mother had a pair of these she always brought out with the Christmas decorations. I sure miss them. Anyway, they appeared one X-mas in the late 80's, to give you a clue how old these are. And I bet she found them at a garage sale. I see them on ebay sometimes, so they must have been common. But common or not, they sure are charming during the holidays.
