I just got a dispute file against my leopard iPhone case because the newby that won says " I don't want this anymore"! Sheesh! Now in supposed to give refunds because they changed their minds? She said "it's pretty and I love the way it looks but I'm clumsy". I just don't understand these people! Because she might drop it, and it isn't made of bubble wrap or cotton balls (which I never claimed), she wants a refund. I told her to either put it on her phone and be more careful or relist it, but I'm not refunding her! I've only had 2 disputes ever filed against me, one because the guy didn't read the description and one where I told the lady to file and I'd refund her, never anything so ridiculous as this!! I am sooo mad!
OH MY GOD... I just went to her page to see how long she's been on Listia and guess what... She relisted the case! Which is great, but she hasn't canceled the dispute!! Oh and she's been on Listia for a whole 32 days! Ugh!!!!
I could definitely use some words of wisdom right now my friend=))

OMG, where do we find these people.????? So she already has the item relisted but she wants her credits back? ??????? CLUMSY is not a good refund reason. LOLOLOL , Girlfriend you have the best stories and once again you have made my day .
Ok so first of all you need to let Listia know, and as soon as all the Moderators get up off the floor, cuz they are not gonna believe it, they will immediately refund your credits cuz, they will see the item relisted and they will rule in your favor cuz I repeat CLUMSY is not. Good refund reason. OMG, this is one for the record books. Did she think she could auction it off in two hours and no one would notice.????? DUMB AND DUMBER. ROFL. THERE I GO AGAIN.

I think that Listia removed her auction! Either that or she decided to delete it herself. I hope it was Listia, hehe! I submitted a support ticket (with the link) last night before bed and left her a comment that she can't have it both ways. Either way, the auction is gone! Now I have to wait (I'm not good at waiting) for a Mod to look at this ridiculous situation! Oh and little Miss Newby Know-It-All says that she doesn't care what other listians think... Because I told her that filing frivolous disputes would not make her popular with other listians, and she said that I have "a bad attitude"! Well what does she expect? Ugh, situations like this make me not want to fool with Listia ANYMORE! I don't have the patience for it!
Ok, well I'm NOT going to think about this anymore! Is she going to be able to mess up my 100% rating? Because. If so.... I'll definitely lose IT!
