Mills Silver' is a term apparently made up by the CMC Mint ones marked 100 mills means 1/10,000". That is 1/910th the thickness of a standard silver bar, multiplied by 2 ( all sides w/electroplate on them) is 1/455th the thickness of a standard silver bar. That's about 0.22% silver, or 22 parts silver per 978 parts of lead/copper/whatever. Or a value of less than $0.5 even with silver at $20/ounce. Also the term 'mills' has a legal meaning in the United States; it refers to 1/10 cent. As such, these bars may be considered counterfeit, but hey if these are being sold as a novelty then who am I to judge but I would for legal reasons clarify that point. Highly recommended that...
He's got good feedback and history, so I have no reason to doubt that anything is real at this point. He has EARNED it from his previous sales that whenever he posts something, its what he says it is, so far anyways.
Also, he says its BULLION. In case you dont know what Bullion is, Google it please before saying something is not authentic. From that question, I dont think you know what Bullion is...
