This is for an unknown medal of some kind. on the top it says St. Ann Ct 1386. and on the bottom it sys 1883, around the medal it has a C O F on it. It looks as if there is something missing under the top bar. There is a ring there that looks to have had something hanging on it. I got this at an estate auction a long time ago and know nothing about it .

There was a small cross that hung from the center loop, and these were usually pinned to a ribbon that denoted what chapter you were from .. ie. St. Ann's Court
