You know, I was so disappointed, I didn't bother to check into it. It may be something as easy as calling the company to change the PIN (You know haw the bank send a new PIN, or having it flashed or the like. I still have not heard back from the seller after re questing the info. If it fits your phone, I would suggest calling your provider, T-Mobil or whoever and checking it out before bidding. To answer your question...not buying a PIN from me....you would have to find your own resource. As I said, Listia suggests 0000 as an intial PIN.

Europe consists of MANY countries. The guy who asked never specifies that he's in Romania - where this phone may not even work, and it may not even be allowed to be shipped there. Better check this stuff out before agreeing to 'ship to every corner of the globe'.....
