since there was a scam back in 2004/2005 with tracphone cards, people bought tracphone cards on another site and They turned out to be inactive. When They called to have them added to their phone, tracphone said They were not activated. essentially They were stolen. It's good idea to post a receipt with it showing the purchase highlighted. other then that, people run the risk of getting an item They cannot use.
