I will be shipping out 2 sealed Powder bleach lightening packets to the winner of this auctions. Since its a powder bleach you need to mix it with a developer, ex: 30 volume. I recommend from sally's or anywhere of your choice.

whats the liquid the bleach goes in because if i do win i dont want to buy the wrongdeveloper type stuff .. sorry i just usually use the whole kit not paying much attention to what they are
