The listing, #40- Edward Rousch- Cracker Jack Ball Players Card- A Dover Reprint has ended.
#40- I have this card of Edward Rousch, an outfielder of Indianapolis Federals who was born at Oakland City, Indiana on May 8, 1893 and started his professional career with the Evansville Club of the Three 1. League, in 1912. His release was purchashed by the Chicago Nationals at the close of the season, but he was farmed out to Lincoln at the start of the 1913 season. His work there attracted great attention, but, instead of returning to Chicago, he jumped to the Indianapolis Club. He was six feet tall and weighed 175 lbs and was a right-handed thrower
This is a Cracker Jack Ball Players Card. The card number is #161. It is a series of pictures of famous Ball Players and Managers in the American, National and Federal Leagues, given Free with Cracker Jack, "The Famous Popcorn Confection," one card in each package. They are made by Rueckheim Bros. & Eckstein from Brooklyn, NY and Chicago, Ill. This card is A Dover Reprint. I don't see any yearly date on this card. There is a small stain on the back side of this card. It sort of looks like a coffee stain but is still very collectable and would still be a very nice addition to any card collection so bid on this card if you're interested in it. Thanks for bidding. Be on the lookout for my other auctions on Listia. Thank you..............Blessings................
