Ok here is what u do go to the post office ask them u want priority mail look for the a thin big envelope and tell them u want the confirmation number it will be 80 cents more but it is worth it

just ask for the receipt. when i shipped out some earrings i asked for the conformation number which they printed out and it cost me about 80 cents for a tiny piece of paper and the number. when i got it free when i asked for the receipt. cause its printed right at the top.

It should be able to save. But when you win, it'll say send shipping info. And I believe you could change it on there and then send it. If not, it can be sent by email but a mean seller could screw you over and never send it and you wouldnt get your pts back.
